Mikey quickly places the heart into the box and closes the lid. He then nervously runs his fingers along the top of the bix before taking a breath of relief. "We ain't this a nefarious little item. If you attune to this item to, you die." Mikey looks to Aunna and Behemoth, " It may still be worth selling, but this we should probably only sell to Obaya. If she doesn't want it, well there are uses for such an item."

Aunna was pretty silent and nervous as she sat there. Her hood was up and she sipped on nothing but water. If there was food, she would eat.
After taking a small spoonful, she would wait to see if she became ill. If nothing happened, she would begin to eat with less worry. Aunna wanted to take advantage of some fresh food before her ration diet.
Quietly, she watched Glom eat before her attention was drawn to Alfie and Behemoth. As Mikey spoke, she looked towards him and listened. As he went on to share information about the withered heart, her eyes widened. “That’s some pretty dark magic...”
She began to focus on the heart and she was no longer in the here and now. Instead, her mind went to the possibilities. Indeed, this could be used in many different ways, like killing him... Then maybe... just maybe...
Anyone watching or paying attention would see Aunna’s features change from curious to something more dark. The right side of her upper lip would lift into a sneer and her breathing would become deeper, more labored. As quickly as it started, she shook her head and shut her eyes, trying to calm herself.
Clearing her throat, she places a small smile in her face and opens her dropped lids, “How much do you think something like that would cost?”

Alfie "40. Per barrel. 450 for a bulk of ten. That's my offer. Although good on you for trying." Durnan chuckles as you grasp his hand and close the deal with him. He whistles to the side and two burly men sat at the bar look up to him. "Follow this man here. He's got some new stock. Take it through to the back would ya?" He rhetorically asks them. Without acknowledgement, the two human men stand from their stools and follow you to the table.
Everyone After a few minutes of discussion, Alfie returns to the table with two large human men who look around the table and give confused looks. Alfie then moves over to Behemoth and takes the portable hole and opens it up on top of the table showing the top of the barrels from Undermountain. With a gesture from Alfie, and a few drunken grumbles from Behemoth, the men start to take out the barrels of dwarven ale and start moving them through the taproom, towards the bar. After ten minutes of unloading and rolling of barrels, the men finish their work, now leaving the portable hole under half empty. One of the men returns back to the table with a leather shoulder pouch in hand that he places infront of Alfie. "Durnan thanks you for your business." His deep voice fills the air of the table before walking away back to his stool at the bar.
Alfie opens the shoulder pouch and reveals neatly stacked gold coins that nearly fill the pouch, leaving little room for much else. Mikey manages to spot the dark skinned Obaya Uday walking down the stairs and hails her to join the table for a moment which she gladly does after grabbing a drink for herself. "Well met, adventurers. I'm hoping you have found something that I may be interested in?" She chimes, seemingly excited with the prospect. Mikey starts to lay out all of the magical items, but warns her of the longsword as he does his best to avoid handling it. Obaya takes a few minutes of silence inspecting each item, a flash crossing her eyes with each one that is similar to when Mikey does his ritual of identifying items.
Obaya keeps all objects together and slides the ring and circlet across to another side. "Well, they are all certainly magical in nature. That's a good sign to start with. I can offer 50 platinum for the ring and another 50 platinum for the circlet. The other's are a little more shaky. The duergar skull I would offer a simple 10 platinum for, but the heart and longsword are not really something I think my master would be interested in." She glances at the withered heart and a shiver visibly crawls down her spine. Once an agreeance has been made on the purchases, Obaya takes out her own pouch and starts to carefully count out the platinum pieces for the items before taking the magical items back upstairs.
With the magical items now sold and the portable hole starting to get more cleared, Mikey closes it up but is stopped by Behemoth, slurring something about ownership. After five minutes of Mikey reminding Behemoth that all of the weapons are too much to carry between the other three of the group, Behemoth reluctantly gives it up but makes Mikey promise to return it and also keeps ahold of his bardiche and personal ale barrel, not wanting to give up two of his favourite possessions.
Behemoth The passage of time for you is with each tankard of fine dwarven ale you take from the barrel. You remember something about the portable hole, but feel it isn't important enough and is safely stored in your pocket, so there's no need to worry. You also realise that the table is empty, but you probably assume the others have lost to your drinking competition and have gone to go find their rooms for the rest of the day. You continue to drink, and drink, and drink, until you aren't drinking anymore.
Alfie,Aunna,Mikey Leaving word about keeping an eye on Behemoth to the proprietor of the Yawning portal, Durnan, you all head out of the taproom and into the bustling streets of Waterdeep, with Glom in tow who remains quiet for the duration, now that her stomach is filled. The sun remains in the sky, but has hit its apex and is starting to fall towards the horizon of the city walls. Your next objective is finding a smithy to sell all weapons and armour and it doesn't take long before you all stumble upon one.
After a lengthy amount of discussion and inspection by the smithy, he agrees to buy all of the weaponry, the chain mail, the silver ingots, the silver bound chest, and Alfie's silver coffer, all for a combined price of 750 gold pieces. "Some of 'em are in pretty rough condition, but I'll take them and melt down what I can. So, we have a deal?" The smithy continues to look over all of the equipment laid out on the floor of his forge.

At this point in their journey, Alfie looks to Mikey, Aunna, and Glom. "I need some personal items and time to study. Im not sure where we are staying or if we are all trying to stay together. I'm going to try and see if I can get a free or reduced room at the Blackstaff since I spent some time training there. Unless we want to stay together. Then I will get a room at the Yawning Portal." He looks up to the sky to see the day more than half over. "In a perfect world, Id need 2 nights. That would put us going back down into the dungeon not tomorrow morning, but the next. Is that ok? We also need to discuss at some point sooner rather than later, what our plans are for the goblin slavers and long term plans with Glom here. We can do that now or before we go down. I'm good either way."

Mikey painfully agrees to the sale of all the items. His gaze then shifts to Alfie "Glom and the slavers should be discussed tomorrow, let us sort out our itinerary here before our itinerary down there." Mikey's looks thoughtfully at the ground, "As far as a place for Glom, the best place is with us for now." Mikey looks to Alfie. "I know your work is expensive, do you need any extra coin, say two hundred gold pieces."

Alfie nods in agreement at Mikey's prioritization. "You're right. Topside first, then below." Alfie is then taken aback by Mikey's show of generosity. "I couldn't." he says shaking his head. "I sold the chest to be able to fund my studies. I should be ok."

Aunna felt relief flow through her at Alfie’s words. Despite not wanting to give up any monies, Mikey’s offer made her feel obligated to also share hers, should Alfie have agreed.
“Well, I’m off to purchase some items. I’m looking to get enough rations for a weeks worth of food, should I get enough for all of us? There’s always the chance hahah the food we find will be bad.”
Looking at Mikey, she continues, “I was also thinking of buying some more regular arrows, maybe forty, and another ten silvered. It’s why I was asking if I could take some space in the portal.”
Her eyes look to all three- Alfie, Mikey, and Glom, “Anything either of you can think of that we might need?”
“Once I’m done, I’ll be available to talk for whatever we need to discuss.”

"Mikey smiles at Aunna in appreciation of Aunna's inquiries but shakes his head. "I have no need of anything at the moment but thank you Aunna." Mikey looks to Alfie and down at Glom curious if they have any needs.

Smiling at her offer and remembering she wasn’t present during the last trip, Alfie fills Aunna in on the party’s food situation. “Great thinking Aunna! But you can save at least some of that money. A few days ago I came topside for that exact reason. In the hole we should have at least a few gallons left of fresh water and three-ish days worth of higher quality meats and breads. Spending that much time underground, we didn’t want to live off rations the whole time. I mean, you are welcome to grab whatever you want, and we probably should be ready with maybe a week’s worth of food, but know we do have some.”

She nods at the two. “Alright. If we have that much food, maybe I can find something to keep the food fresh instead of getting rations...” Her voice trails off as she considers this.

She chuckles a bit. “Right then. I’ll make sure to fill up the barrel.” Waving at the two, she begins to leave saying, “I’ll talk to you all soon!”
Aunna would make her way to the Yawning Portal.
Here, she would talk to the famous barkeep about lodging and the best places to go for the items she needed. When she comes back, she would talk to anyone she could attempting to learn as much as she could about the dungeon.
There was one odd thing... It seems like more than just her who stayed in her room at times. The other woman who frequented the room was fair skinned and blonde with similar height and build. There’sa chance that people could notice, but highly unlikely. The pair seemed quite intent on keeping their secrets hidden.

Aunna With your share of gold from the sale of found treasures in Undermountain, you wave goodbye to Alfie and Mikey before backtracking your way towards the Yawning portal to secure a room for yourself overnight. Upon entering the taproom, you notice Behemoth is not at the table where you left him, neither is the barrel of ale or his bardiche, but you aren't too bothered about this and think nothing of it while making your way towards the barman.
He introduces himself as Durnan, the proprietor of the Yawning Portal, and he welcomes you with an elegant grace. He manages to provide you with a room for 5sp, but before you even think of heading upstairs, you ask Durnan for directions to shops where you can purchase any neccesary equipment for your foray back into Undermountain. Durnan suggests a few places to you that could fit the bill, and you thank him for the help before heading off to the shops that appeal to you most from the light descriptions Durnan gave.
Making your way through the completely unfamiliar streets of Waterdeep, you delight in the feel of being a unknown drop of water in an ocean of people that inhabit the city. After a little while of pacing through and taking in every sight, sound, and smell of the city, you do find yourself at one foot he places Durnan suggested and enter to inquire about arrows and a bunch of silvered arrows. Luck has it that some silvered arrows are in stock. Without hesitation, you put money down onto the counter for ten silvered arrows and forty regular arrows, coming to a total of 102gp, 5sp. The seller gives you a curious look as you refuse quivers to hold all of the arrows, but as you unfold the portable hole and place the arrows inside, you are met with looks of 'oh, of course!'.
Thanking the shopkeep, you head back into the streets that are still illuminated by the setting sun, causing shadows of buildings to cloak the streets, taking Durnan' suggestion of a magical items shop. You do find one a little ways away from the tavern, and entering you see a small lady currently dealing with a customer as you enter. She acknowledges your prescence but doesn't linger on it as she continues with her sale. As you wait, you scan your eyes across the items that sit on display shelves behind the counter, and your eyes are drawn to a shortbow that sits next to a greatsword and a small pearl that sits on a velvet cushion. Many other scrolls and worked vials of red liquids fill the shelves also.
Once the original customer leaves with their purchase, you ask about all of the items on the shelves, including the shortbow, and find out the following items are available for sale:
Shortbow +1 - 1230gp Longsword +1 - 1160gp Pearl of Power - 6085gp Scroll of Guiding bolt - 240gp Scroll of Invisibility - 300gp Scroll of Guiding Bolt - 140gp Standard Healing Potion - 50gp
You are told that if you want to hold something back, as a store policy, a deposit of 25% would have to be placed until you can pay off the rest of the funds. After making decisions on the items infront of you, you ask about an item that would have an enchantment to be able to preserve food, but you are met with a puzzled look. Unfortunately, the seller has never heard of something that could do such a thing, but their stock is always rotating, so come back another time and you never know what you may find.
Once finished with your shopping needs, you make your way back to the Yawning Portal one last time for the night, ordering a meal and drink on arrival for 4 silver pieces before taking it up to your room to actually check it out. The room looks to be of a standard quality, but certainly a better quality than you have ever had. You sit atop the soft mattress to eat and drink, and once finished you let this form of Aunna rest as you revert to your true form before taking on a new form that looks similar to your previous, with a few key changes.
Feeling confident in your new skin, you take a stroll down to the now slightly rowdy taproom as patrons make their way in to watch the gaping well in the center of the room, hoping to catch glimpse of someone, or something, making it's way out of Undermountain. Purchasing another drink for yourself at the price of 1sp, you take the time to wander amongst the tables and intermingled yourself with the crowds, delighting in stories and tales of what may lay below this very tavern.
Through all of the slightly slurred words, you are able to read into the story of Trobriand. Trobriand was one of Halaster's most promising and demented apprentices. Fascinated by machines, he supposedly carved out a level of the Mad Mage's dungeon for himself and set to work on building an army of constructs there. It is said that Trobriand controls his creations with a metal ring, and that he crafted similar rings of lesser power for his apprentices, to protect them in the event that his constructs went insane.
After another hour of mingling, you manage to get a few drinks purchased for yourself, but starting to lose focus on deciphering the drunken slurs, you pardon yourself and manage to find yourself sat onto a lone table to finish your drink to yourself, trying to listen in on any interesting conversation around. It is not long before your attention is taken by a young female human of noble status, clearly indicated by her silk dress, sitting at the seat opposite you at your table. "Good evening. I'm sorry to bother you, but if I am correct, you look like you are with the group who came out of Undermountain earlier this afternoon from the description I have been given." She speaks quickly, with a hint of melancholy in her voice. You notice her eyes are slightly puffy and have a heavy hint of tiredness to them.
"My name is Esvele Rosznar. My brother, Kressando, headed down into that cursed place not less than a few tendays ago. I'm not sure on your plans, but if you are to go back down, would you please keep an eye out for him?" She barely waits for an answer before continuing on. "He is twenty-two years old, fair skin like mine, and dark curly hair. He would be wearing a signed ring, exactly like this." She presents her left hand forward and points to one of the many rings on her fingers. The ring is clearly platinum and bears a Crest of a diving white falcon on a field of blue. Underneath the crest is an inscription that reads 'Fly high and stop swift'. "I do not have much to offer in terms of a reward, but I will forever be in your debt. A favour for a favour, yes?" She asks, her eyes wide with desperation.
After your response, Esvele thanks you for your time before standing from her seat and leaving you to your drink, leaving the thought of Kressando Rosznar in your head. You stifle a yawn and a stretch and realising that it is getting late, you decide to call it a night, heading up to your room, locking the door behind yourself, and allowing your true form to shine through now that you are safely away from any prying eyes. You lay down onto your mattress, and despite the noise from downstairs, you are easily able to find sleep comes to you quickly on your first night out of Undermountain.
Mikey With the earnings of the sales being evenly divided between the group, Behemoth's share put to the side safely, you all split off from one another and start attending to your own personal goals. Your first stop in Waterdeep is to a jewellers where you aquire three small chunks of diamond for 50gp each. With the diamonds being your only point of shopping needed for now, you head straight back towards the Yawning portal to secure yourself a room so you can spend time in your minds forge.
Upon entering the taproom, you notice Behemoth is not at the table where you left him, neither is the barrel of ale or his bardiche. Greeting Durnan, you inquire after Behemoth and he informs you that he got blackout drunk and was escorted back to the fighting pits due to nearly picking a fight with someone, shouting obscenities about slavery and goblins, but not coherent enough to make sense. Knowing Behemoth will be fine at the pits, except for maybe a bad hangover, you purchase a single room for 5sp and immediately head up to it to start your rituals, knowing you have alot ahead of you in your minds forge.
Getting into your room for the night, you start laying out the necessary items required onto your blanket before laying down for an hour and allowing your eyes and mind to rest in preparation for the work that lays ahead. Once the hour is up and you feel mentally refreshed, you sit at your blanket on the floor and lay a single gold piece and the owlbear feather down and start working in your minds forge, and after an hour create a stylized bookmark of the flattened owlbear feather, the tips of the bristles flecked with gold. Placing the bookmark to the side, you start work on your next project, a rusted maul for Behemoth. Placing down 15gp and the snake skull taken from Undermountain and start working in your minds forge once more. Another hour passes and the materials dissapear, and in their place coalesces a maul that is flecked with gold tinged rust patterns on the head, while the handle is inlaid with bone.
With your channel divinity used up, you start to take another rest, this time ordering an evening meal of meaty stew to your room and enjoying it with a tankard of dwarven ale for the price of 4sp. Realising only now that Glom has snuck into your room with you, you order another bowl of stew and ale for her at the same price as your own, 4sp. Once you finish your meal and relax a little more, you continue on with your work in your minds forge, this time placing down 10 gold pieces to create a small fez fitted to calculations you last took of Reggie. When finished, the gold pieces dissapear and in their place sits a small fez of gold and silver colour, with the red cotton woven brim. Satisfied of your work and excited to show Alfie, you place it to the side and begin working on something more practical for the journey back into Undermountain. You take some calculations of the snoring, bloated goblin, Glom before placing down 12 gold pieces and working on a set of leather armour for your new goblin companion. Once finished, the set of armour looks to be of good condition, and you stifle a yawn as you place it next to Glom for when she wakes. Realising the time has passed over midnight, you pack away your tools and blanket and undress for bed, now getting a good nights rest for the rest of your time in Waterdeep the following day.
Alfie With gold acquired and plans given, you wave goodbye to Aunna and Mikey and start making your way towards Blackstaff tower with certain things in mind that need purchasing for your studies. You are easily able to grab a large amount of parchment and ink and necessary spell components for your new list of spells that you intend on copying down. Handing over 650gp to the owner of the shop, you manage to spot some incense and herbs needed for summoning Reggie, and place another 30gp down for those materials also.
Heading outside, you start making way towards Blackstaff tower, hoping you could aquire a room for discounted price. Despite the warm welcome you receive by one of your old mentors, he does inform you that a discounted room at the moment would be hard to come by, especially with repairs to the tower that need funding, however you do have the choice of a regular room at 4sp, or 6sp for an evening meal to be included.
Taking the offer of a quiet area to work and eat, you find solace in the fact that you have studied in the room for many hours before, and you find yourself back in the old days where you would sit at this desk for hours and hours, head buried deep into the times and scrolls that the tower provided. This time though, you have provided your own tome from Undermountain, and you waste no time in getting out your own spellbook and the new one and start to decipher the scrawlings of whoever owned the book before it came to rest in the Mad Mage's dungeon.
You manage to make quite the headway into making your own notes, and then spending a full hour on each spell and practicing the components needed in the casting of each new spell. As you take a five minute break, you realise how late it is but decide to push against the wave of fatigue. You also remember the faithful companion in Reggie and how long it has been since you last saw him, so you take the time to virtually summon Reggie.
Reggie is excited with glee once he spoofs into existence on the material plane, but not towards you, but at the new notes and scrawlings that are laid out on the desk. You shoo him away from smudging any of the drying ink, and he chooses to sit on your shoulder with a stalk full of grapes in hand. Every now and then, Reggie hands a grape around your cheek and pushes it into your mouth, but for every one grape you have, he clearly has alot more. With your faithful companion by your side, acting in his own strange, yet lovable ways, you continue to charge through the task of copying all unknown spells, knowing you still have alot of time left before this process is finished.
Aunna, Behemoth, Mikey, all finish a long rest. Recover all health and any spell slots and abilities. Alfie, gain a point of exhaustion. Aunna You wake to the sound of wooden wheels clattering against the cobbled streets outside your bedroom window, and streak of sunlight peering into the room through the corner of the curtains. With discussions yesterday being remembered, you know you have a full day in Waterdeep.
Mikey You wake to the feeling of being shook and a weight on your chest, and for a moment you forget about Glom, and nearly soil yourself as you see the face of a goblin staring at you. "Glom is awake! You wake too! Wake up!" She screeches in your face. "Glom get food. You get Glom food!" She screams almost getting closer and closer, the smell of tooth decay causing your eyes to twitch.
Behemoth The smell of straw hits your nose first, and you remember the feeling of being at home, where you belong, where your name is called out in celebration. You groggily open your eyes and find that you are home, in the fighting pits. The straw bed being the place where you lay with many women and drink many a gallon of ale after each inevitable victory that came your way. Little parts of sunlight streak through gratings up in the wall, enough to illuminate the small cell you took as your own.
You go to sit up, but a sudden burst of pain wrecks your head causing you to fall back into the straw and let out a long winded groan. You've had hangovers before, but nothing this strong from such a strong ale. You rub your temples vigorously for a few moments before attempting to sit up once more, but slowly this time. In a better position for breathing now, you take a few deep breaths inwards and continue to rest against the wall. You are jolted back to reality with the sound of footsteps pacing across the wooden planks in the hall and you see a figure walk into the open door frame. "Well, if you ain't a sight for sore eyes. Good to have you back, Behemoth." You recognise the voice as your old master trainer. "You're real lucky you got a reputation around here. Otherwise you would have been in a worse cell than this." He chuckles before walking in to hand you two waterskins filled with water. "Trust me, drink this." He holds both waterskins out to you. After a tense moment of staring he tuts. "It's water, but it'll do you some good!" He insists.

Waking to a pounding headache Behemoth tries to recall the events of his drinking session to little avail.
Looking around his cell he smiles, "No place like home."
The sound of his old masters trainer causes his smile to turn to a grin, "It's been a while but I'm only back for the night or so, trying something new in Undermountain." "Somethings never change, eh," he laughs taking the waterskin he drinks deeply and while it helps he's saddened to taste only water. "Is the master about?" He asks as he begins gathering whatever gear is here and patting himself down to check he has everything he can remember, "No problem if not, you can just pass on a message for me," he glugs some more water down, "Found a goblin slave, not one for manners but it might be safer around here for her than Undermountain. Was hoping the master would take her on as an hand around here all I ask is he feeds her, gives her a place to stay, pays her a nominal wage and keeps her safe. I'll be an the Yawning Portal if he can let me know either way. Thanks," he grins as he stretches and glugs down more water and starts to feel a little better. Realising his bardiche and ale barrel aren't here, "Any idea what happened to my ale barrel?" He scratches his head, "and my bardiche for that matter," he shrugs, "I'll be back in a bit," he laughs.
Leaving the fighting pits he heads back to the Yawning Portal in an attempt to gather the last of his things and fill his belly with some food. Inquiring about the rest of his belongings he asks Durnan.
Hopefully with the rest of his gear gathered and his belly full he heads back to the fighting pits in search of his fellow gladiators hoping to share a few pints while sharing stories, 'only slightly exaggerated', of his time in Undermountain and gift them the rest of the barrel. He spends a good deal of the day there before heading off to buy enough nice food for the next trip down (15 days worth also known as 10 days for Behemoth).
Before night falls he finds and attempts to woo/buy himself some female companionship for the night

Mikey stares in shock for a moment before he swallows the disgust at the rotten smell. He sits up even with Glom's full weight on him, but ensures she does not fall. "Yes Glom, of course." He stands up, just let me get dressed and we can head down for some breakfast." Mikey quickly Dresses himself, and fetches a ration from his pack. "Now I am going to give you this, but in exchange I will be casting a few spells on you that will help to ensure that you are healthy.
(Persuasion+5)
Mikey will have retrieved his forge hammer and begins to recite words in prayer essential to the spells required for curing Glom's ailments. "Remove slag," Mikey says in soft even tones (Lesser restoration :disease removal), he recites the words again (lesser restoration:poison removal). He the recites the words a third time (Lesser restoration: gum disease removal). He then recites a different word (Remove curse), "refine."
Mikey doesn't linger to see if the spells are effective, "Come Glom, let us find some food to fill our bellies." Mikey smiles down at the goblin genuinely. He locks the door as he leaves and will then head down to the tavern with glom for food. He also will seek of Durnan about holding the room for the day and night.

Laying there, she blinks up at the ceiling and begins to stretch. Yawning, she lets out a low mewl and then a grumble. The bed was nice, but she missed the outdoors. Instead of waking to the sound of a cart and seeing only a sliver of sunlight, she would have awakened to the chirping of birds and the sunlight on her face. To the smell of the dirt and air.
Forcing herself up and out of bed, she walks to the curtain and opens then, letting the rest of the sunlight in. Making her way to the water basin, she takes two closed handfuls of water and washes her face, then dries it on a nearby towel.
She went over what went on last night, trying to recall the information she had gathered.
- She asked those telling her the story of Trobriand some questions, like, “What floor is his and where can someone interested in those rings find them? Or more information about the rings?” - She would ask Esvele a bit more about herself and her family. Then, go on to ask more questions about her brother Kressando. “Did he head down on his own? If not, with who?” and “What did they head down there for?” Also, she would tell Esvele that she would do everything in her power to help find her brother, or information about him. Lastly, asking Esvele if there was anything she could spare that she could use as proof to show Kressando that she was a friendly person, if she found him.
Standing there, she began to feel the aches and pains from the scrapes she encountered down below. Looking down at her body, she takes inventory of the small wounds and plethora of bruises. Sighing, she shakes her head... This was not the life she wanted. Still, she counted herself quite lucky that things weren’t worse, as she recalls what happened with Mikey and Behemoth...
Putting her clothes on was a bit of a trial, as she winced with each tug and pull. Looking over at the portable hole, she smiled... Talk about a lifesaver. She was able to place all of her items in here and just worry about the security of this one. Maybe she could get a smaller version, something the size of a small satchel.
Wiping the mirror, she let down her facade, and stared at her true self. Large and colorless eyes looked back at her, they were circled by black rings. Platinum colored hair with silver flecks hung loosely around her face, blending too well with her almost silver complexion.
After a moment of contemplation and an effort to not break something, her features began slowly to change into a completely different person. Blonde hair began to stem from a fair complexioned scalp and those soulless orbs turned into blue, glittering ones. Now, she looked like a normal human woman, nothing like the Aunna she has been living as. This woman, Bree, was not a fighter... just a regular human living a regular life.
Grabbing the portable hole, she shoulders and secures it. Running a hand through her hair, she dawns the last piece of her disguise: a warm smile. With that, she opens the door and leaves, making her way down into the hall of the Yawning Portal as she considers what she needs to get done today.
She wanted to accomplish the following,
- Ask Durnan if he knows of where she can find a quiver that holds more than the regular amount of arrows and a bag that would keep good fresh for an extended period of time. Most likely magical items. She also wanted to look into this magical dust... - If she could not find or afford such items, she would look into purchasing rations in bulk, making sure she had enough for all five of them for a week. - Ask around for more details on the dungeons below. - See if the others wanted to meet up for dinner together.

"Reggie put that down!" Alfie exclaims during one of Reggie's more rambunctious periods. Stopping to cross the room, Alfie takes away the simple painting that Reggie took down from the wall.
Some time later...
"DONT PULL THAT OFF!!" Alfie shouts as he notices Reggie picking at a patch on the inside of Alfie's coat. Knocking the chair over to get to Reggie, Alfie just misses him as Reggie leaps across the room, knocking the basin of water off the dresser in the process. Alfie sighs.....
Some more time later...
"Reggie, Im getting sleepy. Smack me if I fall asleep." Reggie's eyes light up at the thought.
Later still...
"I swear to Mystra! I will summon you as a sea horse and keep you in my water skin!"
17 hours in...
"But I dont understand this rune here." Alfie says to Reggie, who promptly chirps and hoots back attempting to explain it's meaning and effect on the weave. "That makes absolutely no sense." Reggie sighs and rubs his eyes before being again. Chirping slower and louder.
20 hours in...
SMACK!!!

Aunna "No idea, love! All I know is that it'll be one of the twenty-eight supposed floors!" The man who told you the story of Trobriand replies.
Esvele gives you an odd look in response to probing her for information on her family. "I'd rather not talk about that in all honesty. I'm just searching for my brother, not looking to make friends." She awkwardly responds before you change the tone and ask more about her brother and promise to do your best. "All I know is that he went down there alone. I don't know why he headed down there, just that he did. Thank you for your help." Esvele responds before taking her leave.
Now feeling the aches of your time in Undermountain dissipate, you place the portable hole in your pocket and change your features once more and feeling refreshed, you make your way downstairs to the taproom of the Yawning Portal. Sat at a table, you see Behemoth, Glom, and Mikey all enjoying a breakfast, but none of them even give you a second glance due to having no idea that you are the person they met in Undermountain. Leaving them in the dark about your true identity for now, you head towards Durnan and ask after some specific magical items.
"Uh, well. There are many shops around the city that deal in magical stuff. Not sure exactly what they're selling, so you'll have to find them I guess." He gives a raised eyebrow at the velvet pouch of dust. "I'm sure there would be someone in any of those shops that would tell you exactly what it is, for a price that is." He offers a cheeky wink and dismissing you to serve a customer their morning pint.
Before leaving the Yawning portal, you decide to invite Behemoth and Mikey to a dinner this evening, but realising they would not recognise you, you decide to have a little fun with it. You move over to the table with what feels like a regal walk. You announce your presence to the group sat at the table, cordially inviting them to an evening of food and drink, quickly remembering one of the eateries you passed he night before. Not recognising or realising you are Aunna, they give you slightly puzzled looks, but all three of them accept your invitation, and you pass on to invite Alfie should they see him before.
Moving out into the morning streets of Waterdeep, you head out in search of a new shop to see what items you could peruse. About an hour of wandering finally helps you find another shop similar to the one found yesterday, although a little upmarket from what you had found originally. Asking after something akin to a quiver, or a bag that could keep food fresh for a certain time, but you are just told to view what is in stock.
Bracers of archery - 1730gp Winged Boots - 9200gp Breastplate +1 - 9675gp Folding boat - 11500gp
Asking about the identification of items, you find out you could get your bag of dust identified for a price of 25gp in this shop. Seeing nothing of particular use to yourself in this shop and feeling a sense of snobbery from the owner, you head back out into the streets of Waterdeep in search of another shop that may be able to equate to your needs.
You search for another hour and fail to find another shop that deals in magical items, but fail to find one and instead move to somewhere you can grab food supplies for the next trip to Undermountain. To be able to feed yourself, Alfie, Behemoth, Mikey, and Glom for the Glom tenday in Undermountain, you are able to purchase 50 packs of rations for 5 gold pieces and can easily store them into the portable hole.
With all monetary preparations finalised, you now head back towards the Yawning Portal, feeling to join conversation and see if you can find out anything more about Undermountain. Most people you accompany don't share much to do with Undermountain, only revealing tales of adventurers who had travelled from below and the horror stories they had told of things in the dark, twisting corridors, and the lingering image of Halaster Blackcloak in their heads, laughing at their failure to take anything from his dungeon.
A few hours into drinking with others, you do meet a practicing wizard who was always interested in Undrmountain and the one story he had heard. "Rumour had it that a wizards' academy has opened somewhere in Undermountain. It's not known who runs this academy --perhaps one of Halaster's apprentices, or even the Mad Mage himself-- but many images have been drawn down to it. What wizard wouldn't want to glimpse the powerful magic gathering dust in the depths of Undermountain?! Maybe I'll go down myself one day." The wizard gives a chuckle at the thought before finishing his drink and then taking his leave to his afternoon classes.
Time of the day is pushing slightly and you remember your dinner plans with the group for the evening, so you head upstairs your room and change your form back to the Aunna the group knows and make your way towards the restaurant of your choosing, where you find Behemoth, Glom, and Mikey.
Behemoth "Yeah, he ain't about right now, but I can surely tell him that. As for your stuff, it was brought in with you last night. You kept hollering about people stealing it, so we made sure we kept hold of it." He takes you to a cell next to yours where you see your bardiche and barrel of dwarven ale. Knowing the barrel and blade will be safe here, you leave the fighting pits and head back to the Yawning portal in Hope's of getting some food and meeting with your group again.
Upon entering the tavern, you spot Mikey and Glom sitting down for breakfast. Sitting with them at the table, Mikey chucks you a pouch of coin that is explained as your share, while Glom devours the bowl of food infront of her. Mikey explains that Alfie is most likely still busy with studying, and has no idea where Aunna may be. It is at this time that a blonde, female, human comes to your table and addresses you and Mikey with grace. She extends an invitation from Aunna to yourselves to join her for dinner this evening, and after a few odd looks and thoughts of who this lady is, you both agree to the invitation before the woman quickly makes her way to the door and leaves into the city.
With breakfast finished, ýou pay up the bill of 3 silver pieces before heading back towards the fighting pits, hoping to catch up and regale times of Undermountain to your fellow warriors. You find a warm welcome back to the pits from your old colleagues, and the master of the pits. You openly share points from the dwarven ale while you spend the next few hours telling the times of your deeds in the Mad Mage' dungeon.
Feeling a little tipsy once you tell all that you have experienced in your adventure, you start to excuse yourself from the camaraderie that you missed, making sure you have enough time to get to a store and purchase food for your next excursion down into Undermountain. Before you do leave, the pit master does grab you and tells you he'll trial Glom in the kitchens for a tenday and see how she gets on and he mentions to drop her off anytime you're ready.
Finally making your way to a provisions store, you are able to grab a tenday worth of ration packs for yourself at the price of 7 gold and 5 silver pieces. You stand out on the streets once again, but before heading to find yourself some company, you remember the stranger inviting you to dinner with Aunna, so you start heading that way.
Mikey Glom excitedly swipes the package out of your hand and starts feasting, allowing you to take your time to cast your lesser restoration and curse removal. All spells take mere seconds to finish way before Glom has finished her pre-breakfast. She looks up to you once finished and gives you a gnarled tooth smile, minus the gum disease that was there but not the smell.
Glom is quick to follow you at the promise of more food, and moving into the taproom of the Yawning Portal you fail to spit any of the other members of your group but assuming them to still be sleeping you find a table for yourself and Glom, and plenty of space for when the others are ready. Met with Durnan's smile, you ask after keeping the room for the day and he allows it for an extra 3 silver pieces. You then promptly order breakfast. It is not until you have paid 6 silver pieces for a breakfast for you and Glom, that Behemoth walks through the door of the tavern and quickly spots both of you. He walks over and orders himself breakfast before you both delight in a little chat.
Once you finish with everything, you finally take the rest of the day to visit your master forge.
With Glòm in tow, you move through the city and find yourself at your Masterforge, many apprentices learning the craft and finding the way that you had found a time ago. You manage to find the master of the forge who welcomes you and your time to be devoted to the forge, showing apprentices time of the craft. You somehow manage to rope Glom into following you around at the promise of more food from your satchel.
For the next several hours of various labours of the forge, you manage to remember the time and your invitation to dinner with Aunna. Grabbing the almost dozing Glom, you leave the Masterforge and make haste towards the restaurant that Aunna's messenger invited you to. You eventually get there and are surprised to see both Aunna and Behemoth waiting outside.
Aunna,Behemoth,Mikey With everyone here, except Alfie due to studying reasons, you all head inside of the fancy restaurant. A few odd stares are had with Glom being in the room, but you manage to promise best behaviours from the goblin and are aloud to have her at your table. Menu's are brought out and presented for you all, and with all ordering done, the totalxcomes to a gold piece per head, but Behemoth and Glom's orders come with an extra 5 silver pieces.

After ordering his meal with Aunna, Mikey and Glom, "So I spoke to an old friend at the fighting pits, he's willing to take Glom on, treat her fairly, give her a place to sleep, food and paying work. He's offered her a tenday trial period in the kitchens," he smiles at Glom and looks to Mikey and Aunna for thier thoughts, "It'll definitely be safer than taking her back to Undermountain."

Mikey looks thoughtfully at Behemoth and then to Glom,"what do you think Glom? Would working for a wage be of interest to you?"
