Drake
Your eyes flutter open as the previous nights events flash back to you. As you remember the final blow dealt by the half-dragon, you bolt upright and a sharp pain flashes across your stomach. You raise the sheet laid over you to see several stitches across the wound. You breathe a sigh of relief and lean back into the bed as you realise, somehow, you survived the combat. You take a look around the circular chamber to see more beds, currently empty, except one. Eko Eco lays on the bed nearest the door, his eyes closed and his beak slowly opening and closing slightly as he snores gently. You also notice, on the bedside cabinet closest to you, are two vials of red liquid. A note on parchment rests between them. You pick up the note and read it.
Drake, you showed valiance against the threat of Greenest and have saved many lives. You now bear the scars to prove this. I hope you hold the scars in high memory as you remember the lives you have saved. These two potions of healing are all I could muster as a repayment for your bravery. Thank you. Yours gratefully, Tarbaw Nighthill.
As you finish reading the note, you realise the gentle snoring of Eko Eco has stopped and you look over to see his eyes slowly blink open.
Eko Eco
Your eyes start to slowly open as you realise you are more comfier than when you fell asleep last night. Instead of a cold stone ground, you find yourself resting on a comfy mattress of straw, sheets draped over your feathers. You immediately see Drake who is currently sitting, with a piece of parchment in hand. On the bedside cabinet next to him, two vials of red liquid sit stationary.
Cole,Vadania,Wilhelm
You come to wake, feeling revitalised from the nights events and knowing it to be a new day. The room you rest in is empty except from yourself and all of your belongings where you left them last night.
Kavalan
Having travelled for the last tenday, you finally crest the hill to see the town of Greenest. You've never seen Greenest before, but are sure that it was not a town that often had buildings that leaked black smoke and carts strewn across the town. As you walk through the streets of Greenest, you see very little of the people and alot of destruction from an unknown source. It seems that you were too late in catching the Cult of the Dragon here and suspect that this may be their doing.
As you get closer to the centre of Greenest, closer to the keep, you happen upon a Tabaxi, clad in gold and red chainmail. Her fur is mainly grey with white patches and she has a blade you have never seen before sheathed on her hip and a crossbow hanging from the other side of her belt. She stands out to you as someone not from Greenest and seems to be making her way to the keep also.
Haru
The only world you knew was torn from you a few days ago. The people you loved and lived with all perished at the clawed hands of the white dragon. Being the last survivor of your clan, you decided to wander, let your paws take you on the wind and find out what lay ahead of you. The first place you came across was a small town, except it did not seem to be a protected town, as buildings leak a black smoke into the days sky and windows remain shattered from an unknown source. If there were people in the town, they did not show themselves as you walked through the streets, paws on the hilt of your katana, ready for any surprise attack.
You aim for the centre of the town where you can see a large stone keep, thinking that may be where anyone would be who could explain what may have happened here. As you get closer, you notice a figure close behind you who stands out from the few you have seen so far. A rather tall, blue skinned Firbolg with medium length red hair strolls behind you in the direction of the keep. You notice he is clad in chainmail and has a shield strapped to his back and a large warhammer underneath. Despite the destruction in the town, he has a small smile across his face, but a slightly disappointed look in his eyes as he views the reckless destruction around you both.
